About our family

DeCuzzi Racing is a 4 generation racing Family. Our family started racing go-karts in 1972. Grand mom and Grand dad raced in the Enduro and Sprint karts, their three sons went along to watch. Over the years their three sons started racing using their old equipment and they brought their sons. Now everyone is into the racing scene. Nick,15, the oldest grandson started off racing part time first motorcycles then ATVs. Now he has been racing go karts full time for 3 years. He is number 1 in his class. Grand dad, now 80yrs old still races in the vintage class, Lou, 46, races Yamaha Sportsman Medium and Heavy, Alex, 14, and Anthony,13, race CIK Jr while Tyler, 11 races Cadets 1 & 2. The grandsons have a goal to get into the F-2000 cars then move up to the Formula One or NASCAR Series. Nick wants to represent the USA in Formula 1.

Right now Nick is looking for sponsors to bring his to the next level - F 2000 series. Nick has received his SCCA license. Nick ,15,races Yamaha Enduro Junior Light and Heavy - he finished 1st and 2nd. Michael Schumacher is Nick's role model.  Alex &Tyler are coming along nicely for their 2 years of racing. Alex finishing 1st in CIK light and heavy, Tyler is in a brand new class this year in the Cadet class unfortunately they did not track Tyler's points but that's ok - have start somewhere.
